Your information.
Hipol uses your verified email address to sign you in, protect your account and handle service messages. You can add a preferred name and interests to make conversations more personal. These profile details are separate from optional conversation memory.
We also keep account status, favourite hosts, session timing, purchase and credit records, and support requests. We use session information to deliver the service, settle time accurately, investigate failures and prevent misuse.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect requests. If you allow optional stream attribution, a signed cookie remembers which stream brought you here so we can understand which streams lead to visits and purchases. You can turn this off using Cookie choices in the footer. Declining does not affect your conversations or purchases. Private messages, webcam footage and memories are not part of campaign reports.
Your conversation.
Hipol uses Tavus and its media infrastructure to provide live AI video conversations. Your microphone audio, typed messages and any webcam video you choose to share are processed to deliver the conversation. Camera access is optional; the room gives you a preview and an off control.
Your private room is separate from Twitch and other livestreams. We do not send its conversation or webcam feed to a public stream.
Hipol does not create recordings of your private audio or webcam video, or save a full private transcript in your account. This does not mean the underlying providers perform no processing or retention. Provider service, security and retention practices also apply. See Tavus privacy information ↗.
Do not share passwords, payment information or sensitive details that aren’t needed for the conversation.
Optional memory.
Conversation memory starts off and is chosen separately for each host. If you enable it, useful details can be learned and reused when you return. Your host receives relevant profile details and saved memories as private context for the new conversation.
You can inspect saved details in What she remembers, delete individual details, forget a host’s memories, forget everything or turn future learning off. Turning learning off does not automatically delete existing memories.
Deleted details stop being supplied to new conversations immediately. Removal from the provider’s memory store may take additional time; pending removal is shown in your account. A conversation already in progress may retain its current context until you end it.
Payments & necessary records.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We retain purchase references, amounts, payment status and time-ledger entries; Hipol does not receive or store your full card details. See Stripe privacy information ↗.
During preview, payments and minutes are for testing. No real money is taken through test checkout. Financial and security records may need to be retained after an account deletion request for legal, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention purposes.
Administrators can view account and usage records needed to run the service. Access to account administration is restricted and changes are audited.
Your controls.
Use My space to change your preferred name and interests, manage memories and request account deletion. You can also contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your personal information.
Account deletion pauses access and queues removal of personal profile and memory data. Necessary payment and security records are handled separately. Contact us first if you need help with unused paid time.
We are still in preview. A paid public launch requires the business’s full privacy, retention and customer-service arrangements to be confirmed. We will update this page before that launch.
