1. Joining and your personal link.
Joining is free. You must be 18 or over, hold an active verified Hipol account and accept these terms. Your affiliate link is personal to your account. Keep your sign-in details private; participation does not make you an employee, agent or representative authorised to bind Hipol.
Monthly subscription plans are available. Eligible monthly payments from correctly attributed new customers earn commission under these terms; one-off minute packages and free welcome time do not earn commission.
2. The 20% lifetime share.
You earn 20% of eligible monthly subscription revenue actually received by Hipol from new customers correctly attributed to your link. There is no fixed commission end date: the referral association continues for the lifetime of that customer’s eligible paid subscriptions, including later eligible monthly payments after a pause or resubscription, provided your affiliate membership remains in good standing.
“Lifetime” refers to the referred customer’s continuing subscription relationship with Hipol, not a guaranteed period of income or the lifetime of an individual. No payment means no commission. Trials, free credits, one-off minute purchases, annual plans, taxes and non-subscription purchases are excluded.
Eligible revenue is the monthly subscription amount actually paid after discounts, excluding VAT or other sales tax, refunds and chargebacks. Stripe processing fees are not deducted from that basis. Commission is calculated in whole pence, rounded down on each eligible invoice. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.
3. Referral attribution.
A visitor must follow your link, allow optional referral tracking and create a new verified Hipol account within 30 days. The last valid consented affiliate link before sign-up receives the referral. On verified sign-up, the association is fixed; another affiliate’s later link cannot overwrite it. Existing accounts, self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts and referrals to your own email are not eligible.
Tracking is subject to the visitor’s cookie choices, browser settings and use of the same browser for sign-up. Blocked cookies, another browser, consent refusal or withdrawal before attribution may prevent a referral from being credited. Visitors can decline tracking without losing access to Hipol. We do not promise attribution where the link cannot be verified.
Your dashboard shows aggregate visits, sign-ups, commission and payout records. It does not disclose referred customers’ names, emails, messages, webcam footage or memories. Necessary financial attribution records may be retained after optional tracking is withdrawn.
4. Review, adjustments and payouts.
Commission remains pending for 30 days from the confirmed invoice payment to allow review of refunds, disputes and invalid referrals. At least £25 in available live commission is needed to request a payout. Only one request may await review at a time. We aim to review valid requests within 30 days and contact your verified account email to agree an available payout method and verify the recipient. Identity, tax or payment information may be required through a secure process before payment.
Payouts are arranged manually; requesting a payout or displaying a balance does not send money automatically. An administrator records a payment only after it has been sent. No payout method is guaranteed before we agree it with you. Test balances have no cash value.
Partial refunds reduce commission proportionately. Full refunds and unresolved or lost chargebacks remove the related commission; a resolved winning dispute restores eligible commission. Adjustments after a payout are offset against future earnings or reviewed with you. We may hold a disputed or suspicious payout while investigating, give a reason and allow you to provide evidence. You are responsible for your own tax obligations on affiliate income.
5. Honest, respectful promotion.
Clearly identify affiliate promotions as advertising before people engage or click: for example, “Ad · I earn commission from eligible Hipol subscriptions through this link.” Follow applicable advertising, privacy and platform rules. Obtain required permission before sending marketing emails or messages. Do not spam, impersonate Hipol, use misleading testimonials, buy fraudulent traffic, make unsupported claims, promise human relationships or promote sexual content. Hipol is for adults; do not target children.
You may link to Hipol and use approved brand materials without implying endorsement beyond this programme. Do not register confusingly similar domains or accounts, bid on Hipol’s brand name in paid search without written permission, or create referral loops. Stop using Hipol branding if your membership ends.
6. Account controls and disputes.
You can ask to close your membership through Help & care. Hipol may suspend participation during a documented review, or close it for substantiated fraud, material breaches or a legal requirement. Valid earned commission is handled under these terms; it is not erased simply because an account is paused. Confirmed fraudulent commissions are not payable. Contact us with relevant references if you believe an attribution or balance is incorrect.
We may update operational terms with notice on this page and through your account email for material changes. The promised 20% rate for legitimate existing referrals will not be reduced retrospectively. Any future change to rates for new referrals will be disclosed before they join. Programme closure or inability to operate ends future accrual, but does not cancel legitimate accrued amounts, subject to refunds, fraud and legal restrictions.
7. Privacy and applicable law.
Our privacy information explains referral cookies, account data and financial records. The Hipol service terms also apply to use of the website. These affiliate terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without excluding mandatory rights that apply to you. Nothing excludes liability or rights which cannot lawfully be excluded.
