with the conversation.
Setting up your microphone, checking your camera or waiting for a connection won’t use your minutes.
If the call fails, unused time returns to your balance. You can see every session and time adjustment in My space.

A few little questions.
Do I need to use all my time in one visit?
No. Your unused purchased minutes stay in your account with no automatic expiry. Use them with any published host whenever you return. Promotional test minutes are separate from any future paid balance.
How long can a conversation last?
Preview conversations are limited to three connected minutes each, so everyone can try the experience. A package covers multiple conversations. The room shows its maximum length before you begin.
Can I add time during a conversation?
Yes. Add a package through secure checkout. Confirmed minutes appear in your balance and can extend the conversation up to its current session limit. If the session reaches that limit, your remaining minutes are ready for the next call.
What happens if something goes wrong?
We stop deducting time when the service is unavailable and return unused reserved minutes. If your balance still looks wrong, send us the session reference from My space and we’ll investigate.
Is my webcam required?
No. You can talk or type without a camera. Enable it only if you want your AI host to see the things you show her. You can turn it off at any time.
Can I get a refund?
If you need help with a purchase, contact us with its reference. Unused paid time can be reviewed for a refund to the original payment method. Test purchases have no real monetary value. See our terms for the full policy.
