Check that your device volume is up and the browser tab isn’t muted. Use the room’s speaker test and sound control. If you have headphones connected, check they are the selected output.

My microphone or camera won’t work.

Open your browser’s site permissions for Hipol and allow the device you want to use. Check another app isn’t already using it. You can always continue with typed messages and leave your camera off.

The conversation disconnected.

The room will try to reconnect briefly. Unused reserved time returns to your balance when the session ends. Check My space for the completed session and contact us if its usage looks wrong.

My payment succeeded but I can’t see my time.

Payment confirmation may take a moment. Refresh your account once, then check Purchases. Please don’t pay again to fix a missing balance; send us your purchase reference so we can check it.

I want my host to forget something.

Open What she remembers and delete the detail, or forget everything with that host. You can turn memory off there too. Edit your name and interests separately in About you.
